For Hudson Valley Gives, we’re kicking off our spring campaign to raise $15,000 to support our new Neighborhood Print Studio in Midtown Kingston.

Launched in July 2023, the Neighborhood Print Studio located across the street from D.R.A.W. on Greenkill Avenue is dedicated to fostering creativity, collaboration, and community empowerment through the art of printmaking. This 3,000 sq ft space offers professional resources and a communal workspace for individuals of all backgrounds and skill levels to explore and engage with various printmaking techniques. From intaglio presses to silkscreen and risograph printing, our studio provides a platform for artistic expression and skill development for all ages.

To manage this new facility, we now need to hire additional staff—including a new Print Studio Manager. The Print Studio Manager will support teaching artists, artist-driven collaborations, print exhibits, print studio members, and contracted programming. This position is unique in that it will provide part-time, paid professional training and employment for a young adult who has completed our two-year Youth Workforce Training Program and is now ready to grow into a new position as a paid staff person of MAD.
