Lisa Barnard Kelley

Executive Director

Lisa Barnard Kelley is an executive professional and producer with over 18 years of non-profit arts experience. Kelley began her career in Kingston working for 12 years with Ione and Pauline Oliveros’ Deep Listening Institute. Lisa is a vocalist, performance artist, Deep Listening certificate holder and founder of Perla Productions. She currently serves on the board of the Ministry of Maat and the City of Kingston’s Arts Commission.

Lara Giordano

Founder, Director of The D.R.A.W.

Lara Giordano is an arts advocate, teacher, artist and community member. A retired Kingston High School teacher, she was instrumental in the design and implementation of arts driven interdisciplinary curriculum. Founder of the Dept. of Regional Art Workers (DRAW). She has served on the Board of Women’s Studio Workshop and the City of Kingston Arts Commission.

Beth Humphrey

P.U.G.G Advisor

Beth Humphrey studied printmaking at Minneapolis College of Art and Design and surface design at Oregon College of Art and Craft. She has had residencies at the Ucross Foundation and the Penland School. Humphrey was a NYFA Mark Fellow in 2009 and exhibits her work nationally. In 2005, she co-founded Saugerties Art Lab, and was the Education Curator for the Woodstock Artists Association and Museum. She lives in Saugerties with her family.

Chris O’Neal

Programs & Communications Manager

Chris O’Neal graduated with honors from Pratt Institute and has exhibited his work internationally. Chris works in a range of media, from drawing and painting to poster and website design. He has built websites professionally for almost two decades. From conception and strategy to design and implementation, Chris works directly with clients to create personalized, well designed and user friendly websites. He lives and works in midtown Kingston, New York.
