I make rug-hooked tapestries and fiber construction works. These are individual and one of a kind works that vary from installation pieces to small works. My work is influenced by Native American art to women who worked on samples at the turn of the 19th Century to feminists who went after the wrongs and put themselves forward and suffered consequences and my works are of social commentary works which tell a story and pay homage to women who did handcrafted works.
