My art parallels Early Renaissance painting in Italy. It is a combination of realism and spirituality. The narratives often occur on beaches, in circuses, and carnivals. People and animals fly about, surrounded by heavenly glows. My new artwork is taking a strong turn towards the dire situation of our Earth, using my imagery and narrative to express the consciousness and desire to draw down the pollution and destruction of our planet.
